GENERAL POLICIES AND REGULATIONS
ENROLMENT PROCEDURES
How can you be a good student?
How can you grow in learning and develop into a fine person?
Your school gives some guidelines and even requirements which will be used for your student life.
IMPORTANCE OF RULES:
1. You are an individual. In order to grow in maturity an individual must conform himself with some guidelines. As a result, he will be self-disciplined: his attitudes will be right and just.
2. You are also a social being. You are a student among other students. To be a successful student, you will have to consider some practices which are good for the majority and for the proper learning situation.
3. You are an institution. You have teachers, administrators and a bigger community that must function smoothly therefore, some standard requirements have to be accomplished by you as well as by others.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
1. REQUIREMENTS:
1.1 New Students and Transferees (2nd Yr., 3rd Yr., & 4th Yr.)
- pass the interview of the admission team.
- submit letter of recommendation and certification of Good Moral character from the Guidance Counselor/Principal of the school last attended.
- Submit form 138 with no failing grades
- Submit baptismal and birth certificate
1.2 Old Students
- Submit report cards or form 138
1.3 Foreign Students
- must past the entrance test
- pass the interview
- submit baptismal and birth certificate
- must hand over their academic records dully evaluated by
the DepEd.
1.4 Honor Students
- submit certification for Valedictorian and Salutatorian for 1st year students.
1.5 OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Students who are non-Catholics may be admitted in the school provided they meet the admission requirements and participate in all Religious activities held as an integral part of their education and training.
- Getting married within the school is discouraged. Doing so, whether he/she is civilly or secretly married and thereafter living together/ in live - in terms or living separately, a student is automatically dropped from the roll.
* For New Students or Transferees
1. Proceed to the Registrar and present your Form 138, certificate of Good Moral Character.
2. Qualified students secure Registration Form
3. Accomplish registration form properly.
4. Submit registration forms duly accomplished for clearance and/ or contract.
5. Pay fees to the school's cashier/treasurer
* For Old Students
1. Claim your report cards before enrolment
( All back accounts must be paid before registration)
2. Qulified students secure registration form
3. Accomplish registration form properly
4. Present registration form and form 138 to the Admission Team for clearance and contract.
5. Proceed to the school cashier/treasurer to pay designated amount due. The treasurer issues receipts for the amount paid. Present receipt of payments to the Admission Team as they mark registration form enrolled to be presented to the teacher/adviser on the first day of classes.
FEES AND OTHER PAYMENTS
The basic tuition rate and miscellaneous fees are posted every year. All financial matters specified by the student accounts office are settled therein.
The payment is to be made in advance either by lump for the whole academic year or by installment.
REFUND OF FEES
No refund of any mount paid may be allowed when a student withdraws any time after registration, except when tuition and other fees are paid in full or a week upon registration in which case refund may be allowed under the following conditions.
a. 80% of the total amount due for the term within one week after registration.
b. 50% of the total amount due for the term within 3 weeks after registration.
c. No refund may be allowed four (4) weeks after registration.
REQUEST FOR REFUND MUST BE DONE IN WRITING
LATE REGISTRATION
The students may be charged all the social fees in full if he/she withdraws anytime after the second week of classes. However, if the transfer or withdraw is due to a justifiable reason, the student shall be charged the pertinent fees only up to and including the last month of attendance. In case of dismissal due to disciplinary problems, he/she has to pay the tuition and other fees in full.
